Ai sensi dell’articolo 20 del Regolamento (UE) 2022/2065 – Digital Services Act
Questo modulo consente ai destinatari del servizio (utenti della piattaforma FindMyDriver) di presentare un reclamo elettronico e gratuito contro una decisione presa dalla piattaforma, nei casi previsti dall’articolo 20 del Digital Services Act.
I reclami possono essere presentati entro sei mesi dalla data di comunicazione della decisione.

Important Information
You may submit a complaint within six months of the decision being communicated, in accordance with Article 20 of the DSA.
Complaints are handled in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and non-discriminatory manner by qualified personnel.
You will receive a reasoned response without undue delay, including information on any available remedies, such as certified out-of-court dispute resolution bodies (Article 21 DSA).
The system does not rely exclusively on automated tools.
